Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using okads.shop or engaging services from OKADS®, owned by Rahul Kushwaha.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OKADS® provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Development, and related services as agreed upon in individual service contracts.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are due in advance before the start of each billing cycle
Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
Ad spend budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from management fees
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and credentials required for campaigns
Respond to communication within 48 hours for time-sensitive matters
Ensure ad account access and necessary permissions are provided

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and creative assets created by OKADS® remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue figures, as these depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client cooperation.

7. Cancellation

Services may be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the current month's services already rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

OKADS®' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
